Does anyone know the exact criteria for gluten-sensitivity or gluten-allergies?

This is a completely selfish post because it's about me. Lately I have noticed that whenever I eat bread, breaded products, or most baked good I immediately feel like sleeping or I get a really bad migraine, I had also been waking up in the middle of the night severe stomach aches. This didn't start happening to me until these past 21 months since I've had my daughter. Is it possible that I am allergic to gluten now? I can still eat oats, but anything that blatantly has a lot of wheat makes me feel so lethargic. I have stayed away from gluten for about two weeks now and while I am hungry most of the time and really missing bread, I feel a lot better and I'm able to stay awake during my work day.

Gluten allergies are no joke. I would go get checked out and tested by your doctor for that and other food allergies. If you are feeling better, chances are high that could be the problem.

Also, never feel bad about questions about you. This is a site for mothers to connect and help one another on all levels.
