Does Fluoxetine (Prozac) reduce OCD and Rages in Autistic kids?

I have a 15 year old severely autistic son who suffers from severe OCD and rages. During the rage episodes, his pupils are dilated and he screams bloody murder while jumping up and down ((hard ground pounds) and comes at me and his father in order to scratch us, and he tries to bite us as well. We have to lock him in his room until he calms down (which can be quite a while sometimes). During these "episodes," there is no reasoning with him or trying to calm him- it just has to run its course once it starts. His OCD and obsessions control his life. We have asked his doctor for a prescription of Fluoxetine (Prozac) in hopes of giving him relief of the OCD and possibly the rages. Has anyone had any success in giving their kids Prozac? Has this reduced their OCD or rages? If not, has anything helped rid your child of his OCD/rages? This nightmare is going on every single day. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.
