He had a urine infection when was 5 month old and I notice he was peein less again so I tested his urine and the nurse sed he got a infection again now I started him with antibiotics what can I do to prevent any more urine infection do you think circumsizion is a good idea

Boys, as a rule don't get UTIs without an anatomical or metabolic issue. Talk to your pediatrician and ask for a referral to a pediatric urologist.

Hey nt sure if url remember wen I sed dominic was on antibiotics for da second infection bt I finish da antibiotic course n he was fine den I noticed he started pee in less 2days now he doesn't have a fever or wen he pee he doesn't cry he just pee less dats wat I noticed shud I be concerned or worried please help I am really worried

Not unless the urologist can solidly prove that circumcision will solve his problem. Which is why I stated that it is unlikely that being intact is the cause of the problem as long as he is being kept clean and his foreskin is being left alone.

It's pretty rare for a baby boy to get a UTI if they are being kept clean, hydrated, and having frequent diaper changes. Typically most infections would occur in an intact boy only if someone has been retracting the foreskin.

You might want to request an appointment w/ a urologist to see what is going on w/ your little guy.
