Sure do Dove. Just the way this is written doesn't seem right. Maybe I'm too skeptical and been here too long.

For starters most 21yo's won't call themselves boys, they will call them self a man.
Why don't you move out and then you don't have to worry about her reaction about you wearing women's clothes at home.

If she refused to listen or try and understand when you tried to talk to her... it's not likely that she will take it well if you wear her dress. Do not wear HER dress for starters... buy your own. ;)

My advice would be to seek counseling on how to approach your mother about this and to urge her to attend a counseling session w/ you. I hope this goes well for both of you.

No we don't have the same mentality as your Mother, we are all individuals and react to situations differently.
How old are you?

It is hard to say because different people have different reactions. If you were my son, I wouldn't immediately assume that you like cross dressing or that you are homosexual. I would think you are just playing around. At the same time, I would either pay more attention to see if there are other clues that you are trying to tell me something. Since my son and I are pretty open with one another, I'd ask him if there was something he wanted to tell me. Either way, I would love him for who he is, and I would tell him that. I would never want him to feel he had to hide such things from me. Good luck to you...!

Have you talked to your mom about this kind of stuff ever?
This must be very hard for you and I'm sure it will be hard for your mom. But if she loves you dressed like a boy, she will love you dressed like a girl. The inside doesn't change even if the outfit does.
You are who you are and should not be ashamed of that.
Sending you a big hug and lots of encouragement.
Good luck!
Sometimes you have to help people understand who you are a little better. So talk, openly and talk a lot to your mom about everything.
