Your baby at 9 months does not need juice and should be getting more breast milk or formula than just two bottles a day. He gets most of his nutrition from the milk to up to age one. Feedings at this point are experimental to learn how to eat with his mouth and to build those muscles up to do the movement necessary to chew. Also juice is full of sugar which he does not need. You should go back to giving him more milk and those few feedings of food a day and stick with that. Even after age one juice is not necessary. Start introducing fruits that he will one day eat fresh. That is more important for his system than juice.

Like the other ladies said, he shouldn't be drinking juice. He should be drinking more milk.

None. Breast milk or formula should still be making up the bulk of his diet... along w/ some solids and water. No one NEEDS juice. It's just empty calories and unnecessary sugar.
