Earth mama angel baby lotion may be organic but is has Cetearyl alcohol as an ingredient. By nature this can be very drying. I'd recommend pure coconut or palm oil. It comes in a jar and is solid until you rub it in your hands or warm it a bit. You can find it at any whole foods store and it is inexpensive. Personally, I used Aquaphor on my kids. It is like Vaseline but is not petroleum based. You can purchase it in any drug store and it has a generic equivalent that works just as well.
ETA: I find it a bit ironic that an "organic" lotion for baby has the following list of ingredients:
Aloe barbadensis (organic aloe) leaf juice, Olea europaea (organic olive) oil, Aspalathus linearis (organic rooibos) extract, Calendula officinalis (organic calendula) flower extract, Kosher vegetable glycerin, Butyrospermum parkii (organic shea) butter, Olivoyl hydrolyzed oat protein, Cetearyl alcohol, Glyceryl oleate, Glyceryl stearate, Vanilla planifolia (organic vanilla) fruit extract, Citrus sinensis (organic sweet orange), Xanthan gum
