I lost my daughter January 24 and I have had a very hard time dealing with the fact that she is gone. I wake up in the middle of the night thinking I herd her crying and sometime dream that she is still here and it really is taking a tole on my life in many ways.

Can you email me your contact information? I live in Canada so I'm not sure what your long distance plan is like. I have 200 minutes a month on my home phone and none for the States on my cell. Also, let me know a good time of day to reach you and what days work best. I will send you my home and cell number for you to contact me at your leisure as well once I have your email. My email address is langlois_deb@yahoo.com. I don't think it's any coincidence that I came across your post Kendra. I have been going through some personnel struggles that led me to this sight the other day and I noticed your post in my email thread. I like the motto of my sons school which is "Together we are better" I think there is power in unity and I will help you come to a place of acceptance and understanding of your loss. I am really busy the next few days though, so you likely won't hear from me until Friday if you have anytime available on that day? I work from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, other than that I am free.

Hi Kendra, I am so very sorry for the loss of your daughter. You are grief stricken and my heart goes out to you for your pain and suffering. My brother died when I was seven years old and my Mom had such a tough time for many years following. I would definitely recommend you go for counseling to help you through the natural stages of grief and healing. Please know that I am praying for you and your family. Let me know if you are interested in talking. Sometimes the best therapy is just having someone to listen and understand what you are going through.
