I'm a mom of a beautiful almost 3 year old and a full-time teacher. My husband is a full-time fire fighter who is also working a part-time job. But somehow we still struggle finding "extra" money for the unexpected. Any ideas/suggestions for a side-job that won't take too much time away from my daughter as she already misses her daddy so much when he's gone for 3 days straight???

So was I. There are tons of options out there, such as selling for another company (Tupperware, Avon, etc) but they end up costing more than you earn often and take lots of time. You could start your own business, but end up in the same boat where it takes even more time because of all the paperwork that goes with it. Many etsy shops are exactly this, but they are not "in your spare time" type jobs. Going to school and adding to your degree is often helpful, but again, that takes time and costs a lot of money to do initially, if the desire is even there. There is a recent post about surrogacy on here though, which comes up occasionally, that is appropriate for some. If it's not for you, fine, it's a very personal choice, but that doesn't mean I was making a joke of your post either.

I was being serious!!! Sorry, but your response doesn't sound very serious.

Surrogacy? I'm not sure what else doesn't end up taking up a lot of time or simply not being worth it.
