I'm a strong believer in AP. I EBF and nurse my baby to sleep. The first 2 months she went to sleep with her pacifier but that all change after that when she starts to only nurse when she's tired. I started to nurse her before her nap and bedtime. I tried to put her down when she's done but she will gets up right away when I move or when she hits the mattress, so I let her to sleep in my arm and I nap at the same time. For bedtime, I hold her til she's in deep sleep, up to an hour and half. I have gone through the whole guilt, am I doing too much letting this happen. Tried to enforces her to fall asleep herself, but she only ended up screaming and ended up throwing up! And all these happens within 2 minutes. She throws up very easy, dr thinks she has acid reflux. Needless to say, I respond to her cries fast to avoid a meltdown and throw up. Above all, I hang on to the article about nursing to sleep on kellymom, believe that I'm doing the best for my baby.

My baby has always been a good sleeper. She has only gets up 1-3 times in a 12 hrs night. Mostly 2 times. But for the past few days she wakes up every 1-3 hours! I nurse her and she gets back to sleep with no problem. I try not to change her because then I'm waking her up and she'll start to play. I guess myself again but couldn't think of how else I can do. I'm hoping this is just a stage.
