My lo is almost 4 months he's only on breastmilk and I have been trying to repair his dry skin he gets flare ups on his stomach arms and legs and the folds of his skin are really red and dry and on his hands I've tried everything aveeno, eucerin, aquaphor, Shea butter, coconut oil olive oil he gets bath every night with oatmeal and coconut oil in it I use warm water no soap and after I put aquaphor on him but his skin seems dry in patchy areas any suggestions

I can relate! You are doing a great job by keeping his skin moist, and most babies will outgrow eczema. My daughter had it bad until I cut all dairy out of my diet (I was breastfeeding too). As soon as I'd add dairy back in (even a small amount like a piece of cheese), her eczema would come right back.

Typically eczema is actually an allergy to something. My friend found that her son's horrible eczema went away after they moved to a dog free house.
