Any advice on a diet change or something special I can do to have more energy? Dr's said it's likely that I'm even more tired then normal because due to health reasons I'm on a low carb diet plan for life and my endometriosis makes you tired as well. Any thoughts?

Like Chet said, get your iron and thyroid levels checked. Thyroid problems and a lack of iron can make you feel tired and like you have no energy.

Definitely have your iron and thyroid checked.

Working two jobs, with no naps could certainly explain being tired though.

No naps. :( I'm working two jobs. One 45 hours a week and another on the side.

Thankfully, my 2nd job is a fitness instructor at a gym. So that's the only way I can exercise.

I eat breakfast every day because I'll get shaky and weak if I don't. Dr. said I have to eat every 3 hours because of the low carbs. I have to double the protein to have any energy. I'm still draining though.

No, I haven't had my iron or thyroid checked. :/

Have you had your iron and your thyroid checked?

Definitely make sure to eat breakfast everyday.

I realise this sounds very counter-intuitive when your energy level is low, but exercise can help.

Do you nap?
