Is There Anyone Else Still Having Back Pain Even Years After Giving Birth?

I Had My Daughter 4 Years Ago And Still Suffer From Back Pain Due To Having Epidural During Labor. Its Excruciating At Some Points And I Have Not Seen A Doctor About It Yet. I Am The Type To Try Everything First Before I Get Seen. Excersizing Seems To Help A Little But, When I'm Done My Back Would Start Hurting. It Cramps Up Sometimes Also, I Am Almost Regretting Getting The Injection Considering All The Pain I Am Still Having, Even After 4 Years Prior Of Getting It. The Pain Limits Me Of Doing Things I Used To Do Before. The Cold Weather Makes It Worse!! I Just Want To Know How You Get Rid Of The Pain Naturally, No Medication Needed. If Possible May You Please Share Your Ideas?

Thanks, Sheere!

Hilary,

No, I Have Not Checked With A Doctor And I'm Considering On Doing So Because I Cannot Bear The Pain No Longer. It Even Stops Me From Working, Its Ridiculous! Thank You For Your Thoughts. All Of You!!

I'd skip the honey and peanut butter. Is it possible that you herniated a disc when pushing? After 4 years you should have it evaluated.
