My ex and I have have broken up six months ago. We were together like 14 years and a 12 yr. old daughter. He feels I have to talk to him daily. I often don't don't answer the phone. I can't no longer be available for him like he wants too. My child has her phone that her dad hardly ever call on. I want him to stop calling me even when my child is in school. He tells me how he messed up our relationship and will always love me. He's very active in her life after people had gotten on him. He's at every school function with me. How do I get him to leave me alone? I do have other male friends, but just not ready to jump into another relationship. Help Me!!

Let him know you are not available for him to call when he chooses. If he wants contact with his daughter, she has a phone, call that. He has every right to be active in her life, he is entitled to be at school functions, you can't stop that, but you can stop taking his calls in your home if he has access to his child through her phone.
