I have to agree with Carol. You should have proof of things going on and from where I am sitting I do not know how you could get that proof unless the child is 1) Old enough to tell you what they saw and know what it is, 2) Photo evidence was found on a phone, Facebook page, or something akin to that, 3) Another adult you know has seen something while being there when the child is (which this case I doubt). The thing is you have to have evidence of this. You also do not say if you have legal custody of the child or not. You do not say if the ex has the child or not. There are a lot of things left out here. It is possible as one said in the postings below that the child walked in on the father and his partner during this and told you about it but unless the child has told you about this more than once....I am not sure what you are asking us to tell you. Also another thing, if you have concerns at all that your child is in danger in the presence of your ex and his friends, call family services to check it out.

Agreed. Can you provide more information? Lots of people have kids walk in on them accidentally.

Okay, a little more information might help us to understand what you want?

Make sure of your alllegations. What proof do you have? I have heard this a million times over the years after a couple breaks up and the wife or the husband wants to keep the child from the other parent and it isn't true or it was taken out of context. Unfortunately I do know of only 2 cases that were founded. And that was 2, too many.
