My ex-husband is trying to get custody of our kids by saying I have a history or pattern of abuse towards our kids. I don't even spank my kids. What can he present to the judge that can modify the agreement we have now? Has anyone gone through something so ridiculous before?

Yes. We are to appear in court in a few days. He was able to get a temporary restraining order against me to ensure the kids didnt come back to me when it was time. I have no clue what he presented to the judge for them to approve the TRO.

He would have to have some sort of documentation against you for sure. It would have to be photos of bruises or other markings from spankings, a case with family services over the same. Judges are not going to just take anyone's word for it. Have you been presented with a summons to court?
