My baby is 7 months and I needed (and still am) to supplement with formula along with breast feeding. I've now started to introduce some solids. There's an herb which I've been taking called morninga, or melaanguy along with a med called domperidone which has helped me produce more milk. I've just started to take vitamin b12 to see if that will help with more milk production too. I've also just started to test a theory eating foods which decrease estrogen. If you're interested I can email the list to you. I heard that if our bodies have too much estrogen we might not produce as much milk. inpottershand@gmail.com

No you should supplement with a good organic formula and continue to breastfeed. I am still breastfeeding at 22 months. Supplement, dont quit breastfeeding.
