I do 50 to 100 crunches a day and I go for a half our walk with my 3 kids. I just had a c-section in January and I have lost all weight except for around where my c-section is at which is my baby belly. Im SLOWLY loosing and I would like to see if anyone knows a more somewhat quicker way to loose.

crunches work just the upper abdominals, you need to work out the lower abs. The best way to do that is bicycle crunches or to put your hands under your bum while lying on your back, bring your legs straight up as far as you can, squeeze your abs and lower your legs towards the floor while keeping them straight. You probably won't be able to go very far at first (and be careful, those muscles are going ot hurt soooo bad at first, I had a csection last november). And then bring your legs back up straight again. Do this about 10-20 times and you can increase how far you drop your legs down and how many you do as your muscles start to strengthen up. I hope this helps :)

I personally am having troubles losing my muffin top :( Never had before baby now it won't go away.
