I would like to start exercising in the mornings, before work, but I have a dilemma. I wake up around 5:30 to do exercises with a DVD, but my breasts are uncomfortably full before I feed my baby. I don't really want to wake him up before 7am, but then I'm afraid to pump because what if he wakes up right after that and I have nothing to give him? His caregivers feed him bottles all day, and we had a bout of nipple confusion, so I like to breastfeed him whenever I can. I also have this irrational fear that I'm going to pop something (or, more realistically, get a clogged duct) if I do a workout with full breasts. Does anyone have any advice?? Thanks in advance.
