Exercising in the morning with full breasts?

I would like to start exercising in the mornings, before work, but I have a dilemma. I wake up around 5:30 to do exercises with a DVD, but my breasts are uncomfortably full before I feed my baby. I don't really want to wake him up before 7am, but then I'm afraid to pump because what if he wakes up right after that and I have nothing to give him? His caregivers feed him bottles all day, and we had a bout of nipple confusion, so I like to breastfeed him whenever I can. I also have this irrational fear that I'm going to pop something (or, more realistically, get a clogged duct) if I do a workout with full breasts. Does anyone have any advice?? Thanks in advance.

Just pump enough to ease the discomfort, exercise and them feed. Just because you pp doesn't mean you have to pump to empty them.
