Ok, did the optician explain to HER what she needs to do, and why? Kids are usually a lot more cooperative if they are in the loop. They also get enthusiastic about things when they think they're special things that not everyone gets to do.

So, she gets to wear an eyepatch! That's cool, and you and the optician need to make sure she's on board with that. She can have "act like a pirate" day all on her own. Can it be decorated, or "spiffed up" in any way?

Thanks for that advice, will hope that tomorrow is a better day, I was told by the optician she has to wear for 3 hrs every day after school, so I will just have to presist with it, thanks again

Unfortunately, gentle persistence will be needed. If the patch is necessary, she needs to wear it. You need to find ways (many, many ways) to explain it to her. When you were initially given the patch, did the physician explain to her what it was for, and why she needed it? If not, schedule an appointment so that they can help you help her.
