well after meh and my ex had sex the next month i didn't get my period i just spotted so i took several pregnancy tests and they came back negative i went to the ER to see what was going on they of course did a pregnancy test and it was negative so they decided to do an ultrasound and found i had a cyst on my left ovary the doctor said i should follow up with a gyne which i did the next week and she too did a pregnancy test still negative so she decided to put me on birthcontrol to regulate everything but here's the thing in the last couple of days things started to happen things like pregnancy symptoms such as my boobs hurting, my stomach getting big and hard, as well as me feeling flutters and neausea that's why i asked if false negatives are possible im extremely worried because if pregnant i would be 11 weeks along im nervous the birthcontrol pills could possibly harm the baby

A negative blood test and a negative ultrasound would be extremely unusual. False negatives happen, or results get mixed up, not usually ultrasounds and blood / urine tests.
