I am 4months into my pregnancy and know I am unhappy with my partner, father of our child. I dont know what to do. I havnt been happy for a while. I know my emotions affect the fetus. He scares me and goes from 0 to 100 too easily. He is stuborn and can be very mean and childish. I have stopped working for the moment and he provides for us. I have no savings. I am unsure what to do. We live in Australia, I am not an Australian citizen but he is. If we break up then I am no longer being sponsered, left with no money and pregnant. I want to end it but dont know how. Please help

No it doesn't Sarah. She would still have to apply for residency but the baby would be Australian.
My husband is Canadian and we had our daughter before he became a resident. He was here on a work sponsored visa and when we applied for his residency, there was no guarantee that it would be granted. It was though but until you have that permanent residency stamp in your passport they can send you back to your country of origin.
To the OP, you should also get an immigration consultant and apply for residency. That way you will be able to get government assistance.

I posted on the duplicate thread, does your citizen status change if she has a baby born in the country?

Not being a citizen or even permanent resident is hard as I don't think you qualify for centrelink assistance.
Your first contact should be centrelink to see if you can get any help. Second would be an immigration consultant so you can go through your options.
