the court ordered custody agreement specifically states that he has to give me his phone number and address but he refuses and will only give me his gf's phone number. they have been together for probably over a year but i don't even know her last name so frankly my dealings concerning my daughter are none of her business. he is not abideing by the court order... so do i have to continue to abide by it? I don't want to send her when he can't even let me know where she is going or how i can get ahold of her.
please help!

no where in the court order does it state that i can deny him visitation for his non-compliance with the order. and waiting 1-3 months to go back to court just kills me. thank you for your help. i am trying to get a lawyer and free legal advice, as i can't afford an expensive lawyer.

If it's in the custody order that he has to provide you with his address and phone number prior to visitation then you are perfectly within your right to not send her with him. Although if you've already sent her before then it would probably make YOU look bad to suddenly stop sending her now (unless he has moved since the last visitation). Speak to your lawyer asap.

You may need to speak to your lawyer. It would probably end up back in court but in the meantime I would make sure that you stick to your side of the agreement. Don't give him any ammunition to use against you.
