Just because you refused to acknowledge his paternity for "reasons" that you have with him personally doesn't change the boy's parentage.
You can either be an adult and "share" the child that he had 50% help in creating, or prepare for a court battle. If he decides to do so, HE can petition for DNA and custody. Your best bet is to get paternity, custody, and support finalized so that there's an agreement you both have to stick to.
Why should he NOT be allowed to have pictures of his child, and post them online? You do, don't you?

If you are not married to him, he's not on the birth certificate, and no DNA test has been done... he currently has zero legal rights to anything involving the child. All it would take for him to GET rights is to get a DNA test and petition the court though.... in that case, w/out hard evidence against him he could potentially get 50/50 custody.
