Never. Formula or breast milk are sufficient nutrients for first year. After that, adding fruits/veggies/etc is awesome, but juice is not a good idea, because of all the extra sugars/additives in most.
If you're juicing your own, then wait until recommended ages before introducing it to the diet. There are certain ages where introducing foods causes allergies, rather than just expanding their dietary options.
Generally, it's best to wait until they're older (10 months-1 year)
