hi my baby is only 3 and a half months , im thinking about giving her a little food at night, shes been alot hungrier then usual and is breastfed so feeds whenever she wants to but now shes even been waking up in the night and she hasnt really done that since 5 and half weeks, so my questin is does anyone thinks it'll be ok to feed her a little bit of food?

She needs the nutrients from your milk since 3 months is usually when babies hit a growth spurt, babies stomachs are not designed for solid food so I'd hold off on solids for a few more months.

I wouldn't. Babies that little have very sensitive tummies. She probably going to go through a growth spurt soon hence why the nursing at night. I know my son was up every three hours until his growth spurt was over with. It was horrible. My own mother helped me a lot and would watch him for a few hours while I slept (We live in the same home).
