How much should she be eating? Is cereal and fruit and a few oz's of milk for breakfast and vegetable and fruit for lunch then an hour or so later a bottle of milk then a 2 oz of Apple juice and for dinner some more cereal and fruit. A bottle before she goes to sleep Is this to much food for a 5 month old

It sounds like a lot of solids for such a little one. Before they turn one, the majority of their nutrition should come from breastmilk or formula and a lot of doctors don't recommend starting solids until 5-6 months at the earliest. I would cut back on the baby food and cut out the juice altogether.
Maybe try just one solid feeding a day - a fruit with cereal or a veggie with cereal. And probably about 4-5 bottles/feedings a day. If you're giving formula, a rule of thumb is about 2.5oz of milk per pound of weight in a 24 hour period. So if your daughter is (just as an example) around 12 pounds, she should be getting about 30 oz of formula per day. At this age, their milk is much more important to their health and development than baby food. She doesn't need 3 meals a day until her first birhday.
