I have a 1 year old girl. I cannot get her to eat healthy food. She will not touch meat at all. Will now not touch veggies. She only like diary items. I tried so many ways to feed her. She likes milk (simulac advance)and she drink it three times a day 150 ml. For last two days she only drink one bottle milk in breakfast, banana for lunch and again milk. i'm so worried how to feed her . Please help me and advice

If she's not eating then she really needs to be drinking a bit more formula than that.

Toddlers are typically picky and don't eat much which is perfectly normal, but you do want to encourage (not push or force) her to be eating a few more things.

Are you feeding her purees (some kids have texture issues and need purees longer than 'normal'... some kids prefer actual food they can feed themselves) still? Not eating meat is fairly normal for most kids for a couple of years because the texture can be difficult for them. I think my son was 3 before he ate any meat other than fish sticks and chicken nuggets... lol

Keep offering her a couple of different healthy food choices (pasta/toast/pancakes,etc..., fruit, veggie) at regular intervals throughout the day and let her be in charge of what she eats and when.

How many months is she... closer to a year or closer to two?
