Ask your pediatrician about cows milk. I starting my youngest on cows milk at about 9 months because I quit producing breast milk and she wouldn't drink formula. As far as what to feed her, according to our pediatrician, she can eat whatever you do except peanut butter just make sure it cut small and cooked soft enough for little teeth to chew. I am not sure about eggs I think I started giving my girls eggs about 6 months. If you give items like hot dogs or sausage make sure it is cut length wise in fourths then in smaller pieces to prevent choking same thing with grapes and be careful with soft cheese that can get stuck in the mouth and throat. Little ones that age tend to like things like fruit, yogurt, applesauce, pasta, rice, some vegetables; carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas usually pretty good choices. If she doesn't eat meat don't get to worried a lot of little ones don't. As far as snacks go crackers that melt are good choices, check in the baby food section of the grocery store there are a lot of options there too. I hope this helps and good luck. Don't stress yourself over what to feed her or how much she eats. If it is balanced she will be fine and she will eat when she is hungry.
