I have been a stay at home mom for about three years. my oldest son terelle goes to school around seven after he is off to school some days I go back to sleep and some days I cant because my other two boys are up so I feed them and put on cartoons. most of my day im laying down if im not cleaning or cooking or doing things with the boys while huby is at work. I feel so exhausted and some times I have anxiety after I clean the bathroom or kitchen I have to sit down I just feel so tiered. I guess because I lay down most of the day any advice guys.

Ok. Did they do blood work?

When they did mine, the doc told me I had 'thick' blood, and that if I donated a pint once a year, that would take care of that, and would also give me a bit more energy, because my blood would have thinned a bit...so maybe that's a start.

That, and just getting up the energy to move. Bit by bit, you'll start to WANT to do more. Do fun activities with the younger two, keep yourself and them busy. By the end of the day, you'll sleep better, which will also help your energy levels.

Its tough to fight sometimes, I know. LOL...mine's a bit more trying because I'm also starting into menopause, which adds a whole new dimension to this fun thing we call womanhood...my energy is HORRIBLE right now...

I hope you find something that works, and that you feel more energetic!

Well it's been a long winter. Life at home can be tedious to say the least. I'm a little bit prone to depression, and it sounds like you are too. It can sap your brain.
Getting out of the house is so important, for you and your kids.
Just walk around the block, drink a cup of tea on your back porch or your front stoop.
As it gets warmer open your windows. I really suffer if I don't walk in the woods ,or listen to birds and grow things in my yard. I just think that a disconnect with nature is bad.
If you believe in God , or are just lonely find a church.
Do something with Terelle's class. Bring the little guys.
My house is a sty......oldest 19 ...away at collage... still can't catch-up Oh Well Minna

I HAVE MILD PAIN IN MY ARMS sometimes and in my chest I have been to three docs already they say I am healthy so I just think it is due to stress and laying around all day kind scared I no those are signs of a heart attack but it has been going on about a month I have been under a lot of stress so now I am currently trying to walk and get up more around the house and out side of the house and take care of my health I have stop drinking beer everyday and replaced it with water now I only have a drink every other day just to relax I feel a lil better thanks for replying shawnn

Get yourself a physical. There may be something happening in your body.

If there isn't, then the way to increase your energy is to be more active, and eat healthy.
