Feeling overwhelmed!

I have a very active 4 year old and a 7 month old and I seem to be feeling more and more overwhelmed by the day! I love them both so much and enjoy them but it is all so constant that I don't get chance to get anything done! It takes until lunch time everyday to get us all washed, dressed, fed, bottles and dishes done! Does anyone else feel like this or have any suggestions I can try?
I do have other stuff going on like a car that continually breaks, being completely broke, not having a room in my house completely decorated and I feel like the cleaning and tidying is getting out of control. I've also joined ww but feel like I just want to eat all the time. I'm also tired as one or both children wake every night!
I went away for a night at the weekend for a break but I still feel the same now I;m back.
I'm returning to a busy job in September so I'm worried it's only going to get worse.
I'm so sorry to moan, I just needed some helpful advice or to know I'm not the only one!
Thanks in advance for anyone who can help x

Thanks for replying I really appreciate it. There's just so much to do/going on and even when I just try to do one little job at a time I just never get round to anything more. I feel like I never achieve anything!
We have a daily routine but I think even that is getting me down!
I know what you're saying in terms of putting things in order and I know my girls are obviously the most important thing to see to and as long as they're alright then I am achieving something that matters but I just feel like I'm drowning in everything else!

yes i total know were your coming from, but dont feel over whelmed, what i found that worked for me, is to put things in order of do now, or can be left til later, important appointments to un important, a bed time routine was essential no matter what, they need to be in bed every night on the dot for 7-30, then in the mornings, i broke things down in to 20 minute sections, eat, wash, dress, any house work can be done in the evening when kids are in bed, hoovering,n toys away, house work is important but dont let it eat away at you, do one job at a time ,dont start three jobs at once and get none finnished, its all routine, and time, have fun ,
