glad to know im not the only one out there.. i knew i wasn't i just didn't know any other moms. its really hard to do daily stuff.. like putting my 30lbs+ 22month old in her high chair or giving her a bath (the leaning over kills me) or putting her in her car seat. i defidently think it got worth with pregnacy. it's in my lower back near my hips and kidneys so it has tilted my pelvic bones (i had to have csection) but after wards it just hurts all the time
Mine is so severe that my doctor told me that if I hasn't been in dance since I was little I probably wouldn't be able to walk (I was diagnosed almost 10 years ago).
Mine was fine during my first pregnancy, but my second pregnancy was horrible with the back pain. I couldn't stand more than about 5 minutes or so without excrutiating pain. It's gotten better (my daughter is 22 months old now), but I still can't stand for more than about 30 minutes or so at a time. :(
I love my hot packs. I use them every night before bed and they are great! I also sleep on a very firm mattress because the extra support on my back really helps.

I supposedly have scoliosis. I wasn't told anything when I was in labour with my first son, but when I was in labour with my second when I was having the epidural done they had trouble getting it in. I was told at that point that it looks like I have scoliosis. Not too long ago I was having excruciating lower back pain for about a month and I am thinking it was because of that, but it went away.
