Warm on stove in a pot of water! I've been breast feeding for nine months and love it! There are always those times that will get you down, or make you feel like quitting, but stick with it and it is worth it.
Breast milk is good for up to 8 hours in a bottle. (As long as its out of sun light) My daughter was always fine with room temp or slightly warm.

Do you want to continue to breastfeed? What isn't working out? There is a good breastfeeding community on here that might be able to help you.

If you are formula feeding, you need to heat the bottle to BODY temp. Sometimes room temp can be too hot or too cold for an infant. The way you test this is when you heat up the bottle (NEVER in a microwave, heat up with running warm water), spray a little on your wrist. If it feels warm on your own skin, it's too hot for the baby. If it feels too cool, it's too cold. It takes a little practice to get the temp right but with time you will get there.
