She can eat what you eat. Search online for some healthy recipe ideas. Google has loads of great recipes that are healthy,easy and not expensive. I can give you some healthy snack ideas. Fruits..any kind! Cut up apple pieces or pears etc. A nice quick and easy lunch idea could be toast cut into stripes with scrambled eggs,you can also add ham to the eggs.
