Food intolerance testing for a 4yr old with anxiety. What does it involve?

I have a 4 year old daughter who has always shown signs of anxiety from an early age however her anxiety is getting beyond bearable. I have tried removing preservatives/ additives from her diet, putting her on fish oil and yes this did work for a short period of time. I am thinking there could be a food intolerance that I am not picking up on and would like to look into having a food intolerance test done for her.

I want to know if there is anyone who has had such a test done on a toddler and what did it involve and did you find it succesfull.

I have a child with anxiety issues ..but never have I thought that diet had any correlation with it. This to me is should seek a professional opinion on this one. We have done so and treatment will be starting soon with a psychologist.

Trans fats, sugars, dyes, gluten .... did you remove all of that too? I'd start with gluten myself and see if it makes a difference (give it a few weeks) then try something else .... is there a reason she has such anxiety? My daughter deals with this (diet helps) but I have clear understanding of why she has anxiety.
Make sure your daughter gets the chance to run and play hard every day ... get her breathing hard and her plus rate up .... sleep is ctitical too (11 hours a night for a kid her age) .... if you come up with anything else that works well, will ya let me know?
