I've known several women go full term with twins. Some, as Andrea mentions, do end up on partial or full bed rest, but if your pregnancy is progressing normally, you should be fine.

I know of a couple of women who have made it to 37 weeks and one made it to all but 40 weeks she was 2 days shy I believe... I know she was not working after 32 weeks she was placed on half best rest... meaning she was able to do things just couldn't be up standing or walking for 8 to 10 hours a day.. Hope this is helpful.. Congrats.. Best wishes and Take care...

My boys weights were pretty good, they were 4 lbs 11 oz and 5 lbs 12 oz. They had trouble maintaining their body heat. But for the most part they were feeders and growers. They stayed in the special care nursery for a week.
