This website lists diaper banks in the US:

Cloth diapers are also a good option. Prefolds are very cheap and work really well. I estimate that we save at least $5000 cloth diapering four children.

Do you live in the US? You can try getting a few at a pro-life facility in your area. The one near me assembles small packages for women in need with an outfit, diapers, hygiene products and coupons. You can find one by calling a local Catholic church. You obviously need help in arranging for the care of your baby, maybe the DHS can help you.

She could be on a computer at a public library or a shelter.....all of the libraries in my area offer free internet access, and several of the local shelters do as well.

Anyway, diapers are not free. You really can't get free diapers unless you find a person or charitable organization willing to buy them for you. If you cannot afford to clothe your child, you need to look into alternatives for his or her care.

If you have access to clean water, soap, and a bucket, buy a small batch of disposable diapers. You can buy enough for a small rotation (washing 3 times a week) for about the cost of 3 large bags of disposable diapers. They are better for the planet too--disposable diapers are disgusting and should really only be used when you are out and do not have a way to transport soiled diapers home. But they make bags for that now too, so it really isn't necessary to use the disposables very often at all.

Why do you need free diaper? You can afford internet, so you can afford diapers. Stop trying to take advantage of WIC.

This is not the place to beg for freebies. Look online for diaper coupons, or...if you're in a pinch...sell your computer. Then you can buy diapers.

Well this isn't the place either.
Have you asked your local church groups. There are more charities than WIC.
