I live in a very cold house. We have heaters going all the time, still cold I'm a FTM and a worry wart at the least. How should I dress my 10 week old to sleep?

Be VERY careful with the heaters. More deaths happen every year to due to misuse of space heaters than CO deaths. Contact your local Dept of Human Services to see if you can get assistance with heat.
That said, keep baby's head covered at all times! Baby loses most heat from its head. A pair of socks underneath a fleece one piece sleeper will help keep toes warm and and pair of sock over his hands as well. Check frequently by touching baby's nose and toes to your cheek. If they are icy cold he need more layers, if his hair is sweaty, he is too warm. Watch is color of his toenails and fingernails, if they are dusky or blue, he is cold. Wrap in a warm blanket and keep him nearby. You DO NOT want to bury him with fleece blankets or a comforter. Swaddling in one blanket should be enough. You don't want him to smother. Why is it so cold?
