Frequent severe stomach pain

My daughter has complained of severe stomach pain, since the age of 4. She was sent by her pediatrician to see a GI Dr. in which up till this day we have not been able to figure out what is the actual condition. My daughter is now 11 and I am frustrated because we have not been able to help her. She has had different types o blood work done, she had an endoscopy, she saw a cardiologist, she has had 2 Ultrasounds, and every test has came back normal. GI Dr. put her on medication for irritable bowel syndrome , and her Pediatrician recommended probiotics which she has been taking for about 1yr , and I must admit I felt it was working because she was doing okay not fully, but tolerable then all of the sudden it came back stronger to the point where she has fainted. Now she does not only complain of the severe abdominal pain, but also of chest pain, back pain, shortness of breath, dizziness , and it seems to subside after it gets to the point where she must use the bathroom, and has diarrhea. It is not ongoing diarrhea she will only have one watery stool with strong abdominal cramps, a bit of nausea then the episode will be over with, but this is almost on a daily basis. I don't know what to do anymore :( I think that the stomach issue is causing her anxiety attacks , and this is where the dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath come in. Her pediatrician says that my daughter has zero pain tolerance and that this is why she faints. GI Dr. has no answers only that she needs to lose weight because he is 25lb over her weight , but he does not say that this is a solution to her problem. I am just afraid of ignoring it, sort of like I feel the Dr.'s are doing, and then later finding out that it is something serious! I wouldn't be able to forgive myself. Has anyone had similar issue that can shed some light? thanks
