YOU have to REQUEST this. This means you contact protective services, and request a review of your case.

As we've told you: If your kids WERE removed, there was a reason. You've been given the steps that you need to complete in order to get your kids back.

If your kids were NOT removed, but you are under investigation, you've been given the reasons for that (by protective services, themselves) and the things that you need to correct in order to keep your kids.

My advice would be to follow those directives and remain in compliance with whatever they are. While you are doing that, you should be able to (again, through protective services) request a review of your case, stating your reasons for the request (that you feel unfairly treated).

Your family solicitor (you did say you have one, correct?) should be able to assist you in this.

That is your social worker. If you feel that you are being treated unfairly, you can request a review of your case by a different social worker.

I am not sure how the system works in your area. You should be able to request a second caseworker review the case.

All you can do is keep following the directions set for you by the social worker. Where do you live?

Shawnn is right. They won't just remove the kids w/out telling you what you need to do... so do it. Fix whatever complaints they have about you and they will have no reason to remove your kids (or to keep them if they will already be removed).

Jodi is right as well... you need a lawyer to help you.

If child services is attempting to remove your children, that means an investigation has been completed and you have been found to be lacking in one or more parenting areas.

Work to improve what you need to, comply with directives and any rehab or classes that are required, and you should be fine.

I am assuming that English is not your first language? The father is trying to say you are a bad mother? Does he have evidence/proof? He can't just walk in and tell them you are a bad mother without evidence.

Having said that, you need to get a lawyer. Do you have one?

And just remember, both parents have equal rights to the kids, so neither of you should be fighting to keep the child from the other parent. Ideally, the child should be able to have enough time with both parents to have a positive relationship, and the two of you need to stop fighting amongst yourselves.
