Hi other mum's beside's me having a low budget so I can not always afford fruit.


my son is 13 months and has 8 teeth four bottom and top front teeth
giving fruit for snacks cutting them up should I peel of the skin or is this okay to give my baby the skinnes one can eat apples pears grapes nectarines plums ect.

my appolgies if it seems a bit jumbled bit tired.

If he does not have molars, I would peel apples. Fruits with softer skins you can cut into small pieces to prevent choking and let him chew away. Canned fruit, packed in juice is a good alternative to fresh and is cheaper and shelf stable for a long time.
