I started a bad habit with my 19 month old, he loves chicken nuggets, chips, crackers etc. Only time I get veggie in him is dinner when I can mix it in like mashed potatoes. But to much of all this breaded foods and potatoes constipates him. I am out of meals to mix veggies in any ideas? Fruits forget it, watermelon is the only fruit he will eat from a plate and its not watermelon season, he likes yogurt so I do give him lots of that for the fruit. Any good ides? Do I need to just be harsh and only put fruits and veggies on his plate and he will eventually eat...
