Fussy baby while I work?

Okay, so I've been working a lot more lately. And whenever I leave my daughter throws fits for my parents (They're babysitting for me while I work). Apparently she screams bloody murder, barely eats, and barely sleeps. But as soon as I get home, she stops, and just eats and goes to sleep. What's the problem? Is it attachment issues or what? I don't know what to do. I don't want them to not want to babysit anymore or anything.

wish I could have helped.... look at it this way, at least you know she loves you, I am sure she will get used to it. I hate that you are having issues though, I know it must be hard on them. Did they say that her screaming continues after you leave?

We both live with my parents, though. That's the part I really don't understand. She's around them every single day, and she's only horrible when I leave.

Try spending more time around them with her. It is good for her to have that attachment with you, it will give you lots of peace of mind in the future. She will feel more comfortable around them the more time they spend with her but you being there at times will help too. I know its not always easy to find extra time to do that but if it means keeping your sitters... its worth it right?
