He does eat reasonably healthy, he likes fruit and yoghurts although he likes chocolate and cirsps. He is very active he is quite a bit smaller than his nursery friends. I think he has a high metabolism. The only way to get him to eat a meal is to coax him with a phone or tablet or TV. The doctor was not concerned.

Does he eat healthy? Are the doctors concerned? My son has always fallen on the lower end of the scale and is bmi is less than 2% but the doctor has never been concerned even when I was. My son eats health though when he's with me I don't keep a lot of junk food in the house and he likes to snack on fruit and vegetables when he's hungry. My daughter doesn't eat real meals, she's a grazer so I always have healthy foods out for her to snack on when she's hungry. She does better with smaller portions throughout the day rather than sitting down to a big meal.
