I am a 2nd time mom who is breastfeeding for the 2nd time. This time however is very different. It'snot as breezy as the first year i did with my daughter. My son is always gassy and i really dont think its me any more. I have cut out dairy. No greens, brocolli, cauliflower, nuts, peanut butter, and of course spicy things. oh and corn too. It seems that isnt enough because he is still gassy and his uncomfortability is causing a lil chaos in the house. I just dont know what to do about it. Even if i give formula he will have gas as well so i just need help!!! anyone have any suggestions? im so open to try anything. Thanx in advance

My daughter was very gassy, I drank cammomile tea and used baby massage techniques, it seemed to work for us.

My son was also gassy and I found if I ate brocolli or bananas he was worse.

Keep breastfeeding it's easier for them to digest, have tried exercises like bicycle bending there knees on there chest there's different ones or peppermint diluted in water ( not the whole thing)
