I took my daughter out of high school, she is 15! My question is can she use the GED BOOK to learn and study and take the test?I want to home school but not sure how to? Someone told me I could have her do the GED book?

Yes, she can use the GED book to study for and probably pass the GED. That is not homeschooling though. I agree with Liz. This is something you should have researched before just pulling her out of school. I know when I left school (decades ago) it was the law that a child had to be enrolled into some sort of state approved schooling (private, public, home, etc...) until at least 16 years old. You might want to do some research asap or you and your daughter could potentially find yourselves in some legal trouble.

Really this was research you should have done before you took your daughter out of high school. There's more to home schooling than simply getting your child to work through a textbook. I'm sure other mothers can give you more advice on how to get started on this as soon as possible. There's also a community here on the site (look on the alphabetical listing on Join Communities on the drop down list from the Communities tab in the menu bar) where mums discuss home schooling.
