Gerber Graduate Lil Entre's

I was just wondering what everyones input is on these. I would regularly buy these for emergency nights when I was running late with dinner and she could just not wait or when i'm out somewhere where I cannot fix her food which is not very often. Lately tho she will not eat my food at all....and only eat these or bread or arrowroot cookies. Me and my b/f do not think she should be eating microwave dinners all the time but I think it's better than eating bread and arrowroot cookies all day.

I don't see the harm in it..Gerber meals are made for babys and there health. and they are actually very healthy for toddlers. just give her what she wants and sooner or later she will sick of them and want something new.

The gerber foods aren't too bad. they have a lot less of the sodium and stuff that other "fast meals" have. My kids ate them pretty regularly for lunches mostly and also of course on the occasion when I had to take them somewhere over mealtime or when I was running late. They have at least one serving of veggies per meal and also the protein they need, so I would say they are definitely better than bread and cookies. I would suggest that when you DO cook, you insist she eats that. If she doesn't skipping a meal isn't going to hurt her. She will soon learn that she eats what is provided or not at all. I have 2 kids and this has always been my rule. I make dinner and they eat it or nothing. Some nights they do choose nothing, but then they eat a good hearty breakfast. I try to make sure that there is at least one thing on their plates I know they really like, but they are learning that in a family, everyone gets a turn at a dinner they really enjoy even if the others don't care for it. They have to make the choice then on whether or not to eat it.

Do they have balenced meal's in them? It may be the kid friendly approach the way it is served too. I had toubble for a bit like that too. But to many other people I knew ended up having picky eaters. I just kept trying and the hunger out weighed the easy dinner. My kids eat most anything now. And I have3 one age 10, one 4 It is worth the stand on the front end. But it is up to you the battel you pick. It may not be worth that to you.

It won't hurt her and she will eventually get sick of them. As long as she is eathing she will be fine!
