I am 45 years old and after I had my last daughter I was told they could only tie one tub cause the other was damage but in 2002 I got pregnant so my last child WS born in 2000 so as I was saying I got pregnant but I had a miss carriage due to the fibroids on my ovaries the question is can I still get pregnant because I want another child but it hasn't happened yet

I think it is an ovarian reserve test and there is a test to check your hormone levels. You need to see your doctor. This is an issue of fertility. Ultimately, by the age of 40, your chances of conception in any one month is 4% (very low). Given you have only one tube potentially operational, you can halve that. Only a doctor can tell you whether it is possible for you to conceive.

Well, your chances are probably pretty slim. You are 45. Your natural fertility is probably extremely low - in fact, at 45 it is almost impossible to get pregnant using your own eggs (not totally impossible, but highly unlikely). The only way to know for sure, however, is to see your doctor. You can get a test to check your hormones and your ovaries for eggs.
