Giving my 3mo old pumped milk and formula

For the first few days after my daughter was born, I breastfed. She lost 13% of her body weight and I was told to supplement with formula. After about one week they said I could stop supplementing, but she wasn't getting full from strictly breastfeeding. I couldn't stand to see her cry so long after feedings so I started giving her formula after breastfeeding. This caused my milk production to decrease. I started pumping to see how much I was producing and I'd only get 1-2 ounces... Even when she was 8wks old. She is now 3 months old and I still only get 1-2 ounces. Now she is so used to the bottle that she refuses to breastfeed. So now because of my own fault I am stressing out because not only do I not produce enough to strictly give her pumped milk, she first breastfeed anymore either. I've tried Fenugreek and mothers milk but they don't seem to help at all. I know it's probably too late to fix my two problems but does anyone have any tips?

Also, one more thought. She may like the bottle better at this point because it is an easier flow. She has to work harder for your milk (that is normal) and may prefer a bottle at this point, but is not impossible to get her back strictly on the boob.

Pumping is not nearly as effective as breast feeding. Your baby is much better at getting the milk out than any pump will ever do. So how much you pump is not accurate. If you want to exclusively breastfeed, then do just that. She will feed more frequently and build up your supply.

Believe it or not, Guiness beer is awesome for building up your supply. After she falls asleep at night, drink one. You do NOT need to pump and dump. Alcohol in breastmilk is like alcohol in your blood stream. 1 drink will be gone from your system in about 1 hour.
