my baby is 4 months old till 3 months he pass stools after every feed..or even wen ever he urinate he pass a stools..but a 3 months gets completed he is not at al passing stools am only breast feeding him..my ped suggested to use suppository every 3 to 4 days to clean his stomach..can anyone help to over cum tis pbm am very much worried..

Actually, it is not uncommon for breastfed babies (if they are exclusively breastfed) to go 2-3 days without passing stools, so a "daily dooh" isn't a necessity. If he is not doing that, THEN you need to address it. Your baby must have passed stools at some point since he was 3 months (given that was a month ago), how many days apart? And is he showing discomfort?

The notion that laxatives cause "addiction" / "dependency" has been debunked by the American Gastroenterology Society.
Relying on medication of course isn't ideal, and anything can cause damage if you overdose. But autointoxication is a real danger, and if baby fruit juices aren't enough, it's a good idea to be using the suppositories as a crutch: the important thing is make sure he's doing a daily dooh.
