Hello all, this is my first time joining anything like this, Blaith is my first baby and he is 2 months old. I am a business woman and am having the hardest time going back to work. I returned to work last wednesday and everyday i cry ALL day....i cry as soon as im on my way to take him to my sister in law and mother in law. I went to the doctor today and he told me i have postpartum blues and gave me zoloft, but i am terrified to take something like this....anyone have any suggestions. I really cannot see myself taking an anti depressant, i just miss my baby boy so much that i cry, does that really mean im depressed???

Your doctor is right about postpartum depression, it will go away. I would not suggest taking an anti depressant- i have taken it and it made my depression worse. Surround yourself with positive thoughts about your baby and just look forward to seeing him when you come home. There will be a day you wish you had a break :/ eat healthy and stay positive :)
